January: Jamaican Rickey
The Rickey is a classical cocktail that is currently experiencing a revival in bars and with bartenders. Closely related to the highballs it is a longdrink with a spirit, half a lime and soda water. We decided on Amber Rum, so we can dream ourselves away onto a sunny warm beach somewhere in the Caribbean.
